  On my first visit having moved in just down the road I followed a lady inside who coughed up some phlegm and - I s**t you not - spat it on the floor inside. She went behind the counter and served me! The other times I've begrudgingly gone inside she's stayed on her phone and ignored me, her children running around sometimes having to push her to the till to take my money. She never tells you how much your transaction costs and just holds her hand out. Several times she's picked my change up, coughed on it and then handed it to me like that Little Britain sketch. The man who works there is more friendly and says hello and thank you but he could serenade me and it wouldn't subtract from how dreadful his colleague (wife?) is. No fresh food, concrete floor, barely any prices listed but I haven't dared peruse the rest of the shelves to properly see what they have on offer.
