  If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it. The manager is so incompetent it is astounding. His inability to communicate specific details effectively is what amazes me the most. Terrible service. I am glad to be done with that place.

  First of all I'd like to praise the garage for getting me finance very quickly and taking my car as part exchange all was fine looking round my new car whilst the aa man was doing his checks until he advised me the rear bumper needed changing and the air-con needed sorting but other than that he said it was a great little car .1 week later I collected the car giving them more than enough time to sort the issues out only to find when I'd picked the car up and drove it home two of the tyres where perished and kept going flat the rear bumper was painted in the wrong colour of black the air-con still didn't work rear brakes where corroded and grinding front disks and pads low limit fag lighter didn't work and still doesn't door seal rubber pealing away and coming off wheel arch linings falling down onto tyre and no working locking wheel nut key to get the wheels off and only one basic car key rather than the flip key one with central locking buttons.after notifying the garage they did offer me a courtesy car and said they would fix the issues and had the car for a further week now having the car back for one day the news brakes have been fitted but they haven't needed the brakes and I now have to pump the peddle whilst slowing down also fag light still not been replaced . It's a 120 round trip to keep bringing the car back and I'm at the point of feeling embarrassed as this car was riddle with problems so either your aa needs to be fired or get his ears cleaned out when he is road testing cars as there is now way I should of had to keep driving back and fourth getting things fixed when it should of been done in the first place and as for the cars being serviced I just checked the oil and it is thick black sludge you can't honestly tell me that's been replaced in the last 2 weeks . I'd like to think I could use your garage again your car sales is perfect but your service department seriously needs looking at as you seem to have young kids in there working on cars kind regards Alan
