I'm not happy with B&Q, Reading. I presented a B&Q club discount voucher at the till (i.e. spend £50.00 get £10.00 off) and was told that it could only be used on full price items. Shame that they didn't print this on the voucher. When i complained the grumpy female supervisor said 'its got nothing to do with us, you will have to write to head office' Thanks B&Q.
