  I visited this Cotswold Outdoor branch a few times now, and always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always seem to do all they can to help and make you feel comfortable, and while prices aren't always the lowest, they do price-match and offer a number of discount schemes for members of different clubs. The range of clothing and gear is reasonably vast, and if in doubt most often the staff on duty have first-hand experience and can answer most questions. Recommended.

  Good staff. This Cotswold is one of their more fashion oriented stores in my opinion, as opposed to having higher end kit. However still a good selection as do have some mountaineering stuff. It's pretty large too
