  I was given the number for this company when our office phone was down. Everyone I spoke to there (3 people) were all so friendly, informative and helpful - they really all wanted to help us in the best way possible. I was later put through to a man called George who patiently went through the many options with me as to why our phone wouldn't be working and I was on the phone for well over 20 minutes to him. Really he could of quite easily just sold us two new phones and be done with it(especially as you would think problem solving might not be their trade, but more the sale of a phone) but he took the time to talk me through the different scenarios and we actually discovered it was a really simple problem - literally an old switch was turned off. ooops. I learnt lots of new facts about the phone system and now know who to call if and when we ever need to update our system! Thanks!!
