  Mixed feelings. Steve was very helpful, patient, offered good ideas and was extremely competitively priced. This was all let down at the last minute by him leaving the job about 95% done, with some of the relaying systems he had installed not working properly, and our aerial cable snaking across the room, untethered. We had to get our builders to finish the job for him. He also had a few gaps in his knowledge that we had to research for ourselves (like how our apple time capsule had started blocking wifi and needed a reboot. It was a great shame after all he had done that was good which, to be clear, outweighed the bad... our setup is undoubtedly much better now. We just had to muddle on our own at the end. Overall TVHC are great on cost and have good suggestions to make... but make sure to specify exactly what you need in writing to the last detail, otherwise you'll be left two feet from the finish line.
