  Went into the store today to see about an upgrade, was ushered to a table quickly enough but then had to try and listen to the member of staff over the noise of the other sales consultants doing press ups at the back of the store! Was given an explanation but couldn't hear it properly and it didn't appear to be very professional. My recent experiences at 3 are making me question whether after 11 years as a customer it's time to go elsewhere.

  I've bought several phones from this shop and I've only ever received outstanding service. Not just the best customer service I've received in a phone shop but I think the best customer service I've received pretty much anywhere.
