  Pretty poor experience, won’t be returning... started badly when the pre-test results were entered incorrectly to the system. The optician had to redo the test. Fingerprints all over my current glasses, then ‘cleaned’ with a tissue. This left them terribly smeary and probably now scratched (thanks for that!) I asked for a microfibre cloth and staff didn’t know what it was. Amazing. Whole eye test felt rushed (I don’t blame the optician for this) on top of all that, I had to argue with the staff at the end who wanted to charge me for the eye test despite having a voucher for free eye test from work. Generally, what a let down, certainly not vision taken seriously... I would suggest you avoid this place. Seek out a good independent opticians and give them your business instead.
